Google Analytics

As of right now my most popular blog posting is, “My Career Goals”. The reason for it being the most popular is because it is the only post that contains content people could find of interest. Everyone has a different idea and pathway of how they plan to pursue their career goals. I think it is interesting to learn about different people’s perspective and I am sure there would be a handful of people that feel the same way. In contrast, my least popular blog posting is, “Welcome”.  The main reason that it is unpopular is simply because it is boring. I’m sure that everyone that will read my blog will already know that I am a marketing student and the reason why we are all starting this blog.

I have 11 different people that have visited my blog. It saddens me a little when I compare the figures to my YouTube channel where I have 185 subscribers and 45,257 video views. However, I would rather direct people to my YouTube Channel where I create time-lapse videos of drawing art, or my Portfolio Website where I plan to incorporate a word press blog. If my goal for this blog was to increase traffic towards my other sites, then I believe that this would be a good decision. Now… let’s watch my bounce rate sky rocket! 

My Career Goals

My short term career goals are to first complete my education at Sheridan College. During my time at Sheridan College I wish to remain active around the school. I plan on participating in more competitions, and other opportunities that will further increase my leverage for when I am looking for a marketing related job.

My middle term goals are to find a marketing position in a growing business. I will try to learn as much as I can and build my network across different industries. I would also focus on entrepreneurship and open up my own business on the side while working.

My long term goal is to grow my business and become recognized by various industry leaders.

Welcome to my blog.  I am a student in the Marketing program at Sheridan College.

I am enrolled in Digital Marketing 1, MKTG 20261.  As part of the course, I will write postings to this blog. This is my first official posting.
